The blue
passionflower is native to Brazil and Argentina. Starting
the passion flower from seeds requires some patience and
determination, but the reward is worth the wait. Once
germinated, the vine grows quickly and produces numerous
intricate bluish-purple blooms. Germination is aided by
soaking seeds overnight prior to sowing and maintaining warm,
moist soil.
