The Five Spot
is native to California, but will grow throughout North
America. The flowers have five white petals, each
with a purple spot. Five spot blooms prolifically
in the spring, but does not tolerate heat well. The
plants grow to between 6 and 12 inches and height and
have a spreading habit.
