Morning Glories grow on a vine and produce large blue blooms, although other colors have been developed.  They should be planted near a post or trellis so that they have support.  Germination may be aided by scarifying the seeds with a file or sandpaper prior to planting.  Morning Glories will bloom from early summer to early autumn.
