Parsley is popular
as a garnish and chewing on a few leaves will help
freshen one's breath. Parsley can be difficult to
germinate. Germination is aided by soaking the
seeds overnight and/or placing on moistened peat and
chilling in the refrigerator for a few days.
Parsley can be grown indoors with deeper pots to
accommodate the taproot.
